Integrate Industry and Education to Cultivate Talents, Unite Enterprises and Universities to Build the Future.
On July 1, 2026, our company held a ceremony for the signing and plaque awarding of the internship base jointly built with Quzhou University, as well as the donation of special scholarships.
At the opening ceremony, the company and the university held an in-depth exchange forum. Lou Xuhu, General Manager of our company, briefed the university representatives on the company’s core business of black masterbatch production, workshop process layout, and R&D capabilities. He also discussed the current challenge faced by the rubber and plastics industry—a shortage of practical and technical chemical professionals—and elaborated on the company’s vision for cooperation in building internship platforms and providing targeted training for young technical personnel.
Secretary Zheng Qifu from the College of Chemical Engineering, Quzhou University, introduced the school’s strengths in polymer and chemical engineering programs, together with student training programs and internship & employment demands. Both sides exchanged views on intern placement, pre-job skill training and joint industry-university-research R&D, reaching a consensus on in-depth cooperation.
Empowering students to pursue their dreams with corporate strength, the ceremony also featured a special scholarship donation session. Company representatives presented the donation certificate to the university. A special scholarship fund of RMB 20,000 was established to reward outstanding students majoring in polymer materials, easing their financial burden during their studies.
Following the plaque awarding ceremony, the university delegation conducted an on-site factory tour accompanied by the company’s management team. The visitors inspected the full production workflow of black masterbatch, covering raw material warehousing, internal mixing and granulation production lines, color matching laboratories, and finished product quality inspection workshops. They witnessed the complete operational procedures from raw material proportioning, high-temperature extrusion and pelletizing to quality testing and factory delivery. The university group gained first-hand knowledge of the company’s standardized internship stations and supporting safety training facilities, and had an intuitive experience of the sound internship and cultivation environment, laying a solid foundation for students’ upcoming on-site internships.
As a professional manufacturer of black masterbatch and functional color masterbatch, our company has always adhered to the parallel development of industrial advancement and talent cultivation. This school-enterprise cooperation not only reflects our corporate social responsibility of supporting students with love, but also serves as a long-term strategic initiative to deepen the integration of industry and education and bridge the gap in technical talent within the industry. In the future, we will continue to open our training and practice platforms, providing students majoring in chemical engineering at Quzhou University with first-hand practical learning opportunities. Both sides will empower each other and jointly cultivate emerging talents for the rubber, plastics, and new materials industry.
